How are your shoes shipped?
Shoes are shipped directly from the warehouse UPS only.
What are my shipping options?
We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day Air.
How are your Sale/Overstock shoes shipped?
They are shipped USPS or UPS at our discretion.
When will I receive my invoice?
Shoes are shipped directly from the warehouse. Invoices are mailed separately through the U.S. Postal Service. Your invoice will typically within a week after your order is placed.
I wear a size 7 1/2 what size should I order?
We recommend that if you take a half size to order the next size up, unless you are ordering a sandal. These are only recommendations and are a general rule, they do not always work for everyone.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
For footwear we exchange once for size only ( same color and style ). Customer Service must be emailed within 3 days of receipt of your package and an RMA # must be obtained. Your footwear ( shoes or boots ) must be postmarked within 7 calendar day of receipt of your package.
We do not accept returns on our Sale/Overstock items, costumes, clothing, clubwear or lingerie.
How long will it take to process my order?
Processing time at the warehouse for standard orders is approx. 2 to 3 business days.
How long will it take to process an Expediated Rush Order?
Processing time at the warehouse for Expediated Orders is
